v1.4.9, set to Dash -> HLS, highest bit rate which gets me 320kbps AAC.
Playing to Receiver so transcoding to FLAC. LMS 7.8.0 with the bug fixed
faad.exe. Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz server, 2GB RAM, WHS v1, 5400rpm 2.5"
WD blue system drive.

Starting play BBC 2 live I get about half a second of music immediately
I press play, followed by maybe a second of rebuffering and then it
plays stable with no rebuffering at all for hours on end.

Broadband is FTTC 79.6/19.9 with Andrews & Arnold, though I'm not using
IPv6 for DNS. WHS v1 DNS caching is disabled (service disabled), DNS
server for my entire house network is set to a Raspberry Pi I have
running dnsmasq, this caches but ultimately refers out to google public
DNS servers which are faster than my ISPs at responding.

I'm not particularly complaining about the 68 seconds delay, but you
asked so I told you. It's a bit of a shame, but the audio quality of
320kbps AAC is fantasic (better even than FM) and the convenience of LMS
is wonderful, so I'll put up with a 68 second delay to get those
benefits.
