pluto-src-1.0.1-rc4 build fails

I have been recently trying to install pluto from source dist: pluto-src-1.0.1-rc4
and getting build failed

"because of the following unsatisfied dependency:
pluto-descriptors-1.0.1-rc4.jar "

previously getting warning:

I assume that pluto-descriptors-1.0.1-rc4.jar should be built not downloaded.
I saw similar issue reported for rc2 but not for rc4

I was wondering what would be the work around?
