You have to connect to internet to download dependency pluto-descriptors-1.0.1-rc4.jar.

The problem is that
pluto-src-1.0.1-rc4 for unix is missing "descriptors" directory causing
"fullDeployment" failed.
I copied missing "descriptors" subdir from .zip and was able to build
and run portal.
