I was connected to internet when getting
WARNING: Failed to download pluto-descriptors-1.0.1-rc4.jar.
Since Window's distribution has "/descriptors" directory I assumed that
it is just an omission.
Also I am wondering why one downloads things that it gets source - convenience ?

The problem is that
pluto-src-1.0.1-rc4 for unix is missing "descriptors" directory causing
"fullDeployment" failed.
I copied missing "descriptors" subdir from .zip and was able to build
and run portal.
