I am quite sure that this problem is related to your proxy server. This is
what a proxy does: caching requests to the same site. And you always request
the same site 'map.phtml', just the parameters after the site name are a bit
different. It shows again that a description of errors and problems should
include additional information, the more detailed the better.  

What happens if you go to the site without proxy?
Did you try to use the Javascript onUnload function I sent you?
