I am quite sure that this problem is related to your proxy server. This is what a proxy does: caching requests to the same site. And you always request the same site 'map.phtml', just the parameters after the site name are a bit different. It shows again that a description of errors and problems should include additional information, the more detailed the better. What happens if you go to the site without proxy?
