First, I used /etc/polipo/config to configure polipo then I use Luci (thanx to luci-app-polipo package) who seems to use /etc/config/polipo. I used Luci to configure polipo, all is ok now (no more "Disabling disk cache: No such file or directory" message in log and I have something in /cache now) I'm realy realy sorry for the inconvenience.
