since the Euro took paper form (traded electronically two years prior)
it started out on a par with the dollar at approx .998 euros to the
dollar..... it is now at 1.38 to the dollar after a high some time ago
of 1.50 to the dollar. since its inception less than ten years ago it
has gained over a 30% VALUE TO THE DOLLAR> YOU ARE CORRECT  > they are
getting beat to hell 30%+ higher value in less than ten
years............
