Not in Washington State they haven't. And in Washington State, it is an INDIVIDUAL Voter who has brought the Suit. And I am pretty sure an Individual Registered to Vote does in FACT have "standing" on such an Issue. Sad thing is, it isn't likely to be settled until AFTER the Election.
