A "copy" does not amount to a legal document. The digital image online
is simply a copy... of something. Maybe authentic, maybe not.

For argument's sake, let's even assume Obama can produce an authentic,
legal birth certificate at will - walk into court tomorrow and say,
"Here you go, Judge, case closed."

But now we come to the real problem: If he's a naturalized American
citizen, how and why did Barack secure an Indonesian passport, which
requires Indonesian citizenship? More, why did he travel into Pakistan
on his Indonesian passport, when American citizens were barred by the
US State Department from doing so?

Therefore, the Berg case is not just a matter of Obama producing a
birth certificate.

Meanwhile, my suspicion is that Barack's trip to Hawaii is to answer
the action filed there, which names Hawaii's Secretary of State as the
potential constitutional violator, and is much more limited in scope.
In other words, if Obama can verify his citizenship with Hawaii's Sec.
of State, he probably believes that the Pennsylvania case will [also]
go away.

We'll see.
