Gaar, It hasn't been "given" to them? You mean it's like a "loan" or something? What's the repayment schedule? What interest rate are they paying? What are the penalities for late payment? What did "they" put up for collateral? When do the the payments start? Pretty much same type of questions if you wish to claim it's an "investment", you get the idea....
