In deed that is so, but here, if you are/have millions of dollars in income, you can structure your tax return in such a way that you pay nothing, few months ago, report from the finance dept, indicated that we lose $24 billion, billion I repeat every year in people that escape paying their fair share. Not being in that class, and having worked all my life, I have paid every cent that I owed through all the years I worked.
