Yes, it is curious that no government agency was tracking this, particularly when the guy who's in charge of the entire government has stated countless times that "we see too much of this". He doesn't know what he's seeing nor how much. But I'm sure he really cares and it's high on his list of priorities, right? I mean, the fact that he spent more time picking basketball brackets instead of looking into it is ok, right?
It is my understanding that the FBI tracks shootings, but it's believed that not all jurisdictions report. Kind of like the crazy shit that goes on with background checks. And sanctuary cities. Compliance with policies and even laws democrats keep screaming would save lives is strictly voluntary. And it occurs to NONE of them - including Obama - to make reporting this shit mandatory.
