What is so looney about changing the structure of government policy to match the times we live in? It's not Looney Liberalism, its called being progressive. The opposite of which is stagnant, outdated, politics. The beauty of a democracy is we can change to keep up with the times, we are not subject to repeat yesterdays failures.
