Actually I don't eat in chain restaurants my wife and I feel we can cook it better ourselves. My criteria for restaurants is local owned not much atmosphere but good food where you can eat breakfast anytime of the day. my favorite still makes real burgers and fries. As for ethnic the same standard applies but they have to have a cook that matches the type of food.
