Same here. I've found that the older I got the more healthy foods appealed to me instead of unhealthy ones. When I was in my 40s I realized that I couldn't handle grease or pretty much anything fried, and also dairy. I can cook with a little bit of milk but mostly use almond or coconut milk - which is healthier anyway.
Don't get me wrong; I still love a good steak and just the other night had a fantastic cheesecake for dessert. Desserts are my weakness!
