I rarely eat fast food, usually only when traveling ... I prefer to cook my own food and not out of any attempt to eat healthy, most of what i like is healthy-ish ... i will say that i only eat what i like, so if i like junk food, I would eat it ... you only get one ticket for the ride of life!!!
