what lie??? read the DC statute as to what constitutes sex. then read the DC
statute as to what constitutes sodomy. Under the statute he told the truth
(he did not have sex, he did commit sodomy), under the "special"
term/definition invented just for his questioning (never used before OR
after his inquisition) the special council tried to trick slick willy into
answering the charge...... he stuck with statute and got off (again). Smart
man.
Had they asked him about SODOMY and he lied (said no) it would have been al
over for him. They knew that, he knew that, people like you do not know that
because they don't do their homework.
It was a GAME!!!!
