By the way...
One of the reasons they put sodomy into the definition is because the
Act is still Illegal in some parts of this Country, and they didn't
want the President to have to admit to anything specific, and just
wanted him to admit he did in fact have Sex with Monica.
But he couldn't even do that, and had to put this Country through his
Personal Fiasco because of his desire to stay in power himself.
