in the DC congressionally approved statute they have separate definitions.
I never said sodomy was not sex.
he lied if you allow that by statute sodomy is sex. in DC ........not. This
is why the prosecuter phrased that question that way.... "For the purposes
of this hearing............" and went on to give definitions "For the
purposes of this hearing..."
By DC statute (which to my knowledge has not been changed) he told the
"legal" truth. (extreme hair splitting)
with the prosecutors "NEW" definitions for the hearing.... he lied. But
those definitions would NOT stand later if brought to civil trial.
They knew which question to ask and which term to use and did not..........
or do you prefer to think they hadn't read the statute??
