A bogus argument: for one, Obama's mother WAS white.
The required document is a Certificate of Live Birth (COLB), which was
normally obtained via a parent's signature and a witness (often the
clerk). It was not unusual for native Hawaiian's to give birth at
home, as they had done long before us "whites" ever landed.
Hawaii became a state in 1959, Obama was born in 1961. Regarding
births, Hawaii was not [absolutely] required to observe Federal
statutes until the 1970 census. Any births recorded before that are
accepted on face value simply as a practical matter. In addition,
there's no record of "false" births, at least pre-welfare.
Thus, Berg's case is even weaker.
