That's the point, and is why "natural born" in this case is nearly
impossible to prove. A signed statement was all his mother needed:
Walk in, sign, walk out - it's legally recorded.

The lack of formality may in fact be the issue, that is, it may
explain Obama's reluctance to put his birth certificate on public
display. Because the original "vault" version would be considered
informal by today's standards. Although the courts would most likely
recognize its legality, the public may not, such as the die-hard
supporters of McCain.

In addition, in order for Berg to prevail, the court would together or
separately - charge the [Republican] governor of Hawaii with
perpetrating a fraud.
