Well, my forehead is certainly throbbing and I have a headache as
well. It's from laughing at your post. You're simply mark with a
better vocabulary and high degree of skill in writing.
Mr. Baldwin dies some years ago, the one and only Connunist on the
board at the ACLU was removed during WWII.
Your entire post was basically one long-winded whine about the ACLU
and anything liberal that happened to pop into your self-proclaimed
"massive brain".

 I don't recall a statement or speech where president-Elect Obama
proclaimed himself the "defender of the universe".

Actually the 1st article of the Constituion assigns the powers/
responsibilities you describe to the Legislative Branch OF the
Government, NOT "the government". Do try to remember your junior high
school Civics class and recall that there are three branches of
Government. Don't you remember that question of the test? "How many
branches of Govt. are there? Name them."
