I bought a two pound round of Brie this morning and hope it lasts
until New Years- it's good till Dec 29. On sale-saved $13.// My
current task is turn those tasteless black olives from CA into ones
resembling kalamatas so I been researching brines. My mother kept a
jar with some mysterious mixture and great tasting olives- probably
learned from her Lebanese mother. Another "cure" is tapenade.
