brie this morning- seems they had a bad experience from a French brie.
The cheese man told me it could be frozen but it alters the texture.
So I may wind up making gifts of wedges and cranberry chutney.//The
olives are slowly changing after 24 hours. If they fail to replicate
kalamatas, there's always tapenade-garlic and anchovies cloak a
multitude of errors.
