For Palestinian state... There were not actually Jews living in that "province" until Ottomans let them to immigrate in 4 sacred cities... And with exception of Ancient History there were no Jews in there before Ottomans came (except small number of them)... So, where is legitimacy to get gift from England to give Israel state to be established where Jews didn't live????
For Iraq... "Iraqis ended up with their sovereignty, democracy, and friendship with the United States." - i dont believe that even you believe in your story... heheheh ... So, lets forget war, atrocities and fight between Sunnis and Shias (really hard one) after you " brought them democracy"... Democracy is not possible in middle east... I have lived there .. they are not so mature, so don't believe in folktale of democracy until you experience it there ... Iraq... We will see what will happen after US stops with paying Sunis to defend themself...
