If a precinct has 100 voters and they have 122 ballots which the Democrats insist on counting, there are 22 voters who voter twice... And that is what has happened in Minnesota... If you had followed the recount closely, YOW WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS... But instead you call others names because pesky facts insist you extreme partisan positions are taken for party loyality rather than truth or honest debate...
