I guess I am missing the point Mark..... I believe that I understood the situation regarding the RC TV situation, (again, "I think") which has been brewing for at least a year. Charles Hardy's article was attempting to portray Chavez as the beacon of free speech in Venezuela and Latin America in general, which I disagree with. I am aware that media and the concept of free speech is much different in Venezuela as well as most all of South America, but to suggest, as Hardy did, that Chavez and the current Venezuelan government is some kind of beacon of free thought and information as compared to pre-Chavez Venezuela is more than misleading, it is dishonest.
