I hear ya!!! My family vacationed in Canada yearly and each time we would arrive we would get set up in the cottage and then go and have dinner at the Holiday Inn Buffet where they would have this huge fish in the middle of the buffet table for everyone to help themselves. I really wish I knew what kind of fish it was because it was delicious (and it was served cold with lots of lemon). Anyone have any idea??? Is a tuna a rather large fish?
I know next to nothing about fish but I like the trout my dad fixed. Rainbow trout I think. I also like most white fish including the imported from Italy salted cod dinner I make each and every Christmas Eve for my family.
