The small, tiny Catfish are delicious!! I love the "salt and pepper" coated Catfish!! I am also big on Speckle Perch, (which is a game fish, and can't be sold) and I love Grouper, probably my favorite fish.
There is this "secret dive", here across the Bay here in Tampa, (and many of us love the ambience of a dive) that we don't tell the tourists about, that has the best Blackened Grouper you have ever put in your mouth! Cold Draft Beer, saw dust floors, right on the bay next to the docks.
