This system cannot be reformed. It has always been run by the
corporations, from Roosevelt to Kennedy. The rampant level of
corruption and criminality is just impossible to conceal during times
of financial crisis, when the whole system is unwinding--there is
nowhere to hide.

America is a two party oligarchy, where both parties represent
different sections of finance capital. America has never been a
functioning Democracy. The American dream was made possible by a
century of US government backed coupes and assassinations installing
puppet regimes that were compliant to US dictates. Hussein was the
last guy who attempted to cross the US and was diposed and executed
for it.

The only difference between British imperialism and US imperialism was
that the British actually built an Empire by occupation, wheras the US
controlled countries by covertly controlling governments so as to keep
up the facade of democracy

During the 50,s and sixties, the US population represented 6% of the
world's population while consumed 50% of its commodities. The dream
was always unsustainable.
