It requires all these things, but no-one is prepared to make an honest examination of the causes because it will bring the whole system into question, a system upon which the US achieved world hegemony, the same system that is now undermining it.
The causes are not a secret, they are not disguised or as yet unidentified, they are just unacceptable to the US ruling class. It is those that you are hoping that will get to the bottom of the matter that are spreading half-truths and outright lies to stop exactly that from occuring.
