Off the top of my head; the way the original defense intent has been superseded by the "interest intent". Interests can mean anything to anyone. I also don't care very much for the way the 13 amendment is summarily ignored. If the fire has a permit, I could care less. Flag burning usually just shows others what an ass you may be. If a country can't stand a few flags being burned, it doesn't deserve to stand at all.
