I have a BIRTH CERTIFICATE that has a raised seal, is issued by the state health department, identifies the date, place and time of my birth, parents, etc. Its filed with the registrar of vital statistics. How is that not publicly available information? Why can't Obama or the state of Hawaii produce the same?
