VT, READ the police report that is backed up by NUMEROUS witnesses, both civilian and police. Officer Crawley was in fact leaving the home satisfied that Gates was the rightful resident and for the THIRD time was asking for Crawleys name and badge number and was informed of it for the third time when he persued Crawley outside the home (the officer had exited the residence and at this point the incident was "over") and in front of witnesses began yet another tirade in the public domain... NOT under his own roof. He was repeatedly warned, continued the tirade and was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct in public..... NOT for what did or did not happen in his home.
