The charges were dropped, so the issue of over stepping
authority seems to be correct.

My comment's are about President Obama's reply, no one
else. In President Obama's reply he made a point to say
that race was NOT part of his consideration in his answer,
yet the Fringe only heard the word race, and ran with that
regardless of the context.

Let's not also forget he was ASKED this question and also did
mention he knew the person in question. This was not
about race, but it was personal.

Republicans as usual went for the obvious but wrong conclusion.
