clause or amendment that would provide legitimate, constitutional
basis for such laws. It is a good thing since they do not exist.

Century has been 'marching' toward socialism ... yet no revolt -- hell,

think a revolt will occur now?
What WILL likely occur? The Rs will gain Seats and/or at least one
house of Congress ... the whiners will breathe a sigh of relief as those
Rs CONTINUE with that march (just as they have for the past century).
