Health Care is Obama's signiture issue and WITH a Congress of his party with significant majorities... This last happen in 1992-94, 1976-80, 1960-68 and 1932-38... Only the last time did it work out... The difference is the 1932-38 had a majority of NEW Democrats controllable by a master politician...
