You wrote >>> Bullshit. You made a clear statement and I asked you to explain it, it's childishly simple. You said, and I quote "for Democrats to stay in power and to keep it they will screw and and all". You said this after from thread title "The Number 1 reason for Health Care Reform".
My question was simple "How would passing legislation YOU say is unpopular with everyone help keep Democrats in power?" Simple and direct question. Don't want to hear any crap about "strawmen" and so forth. You claimed I said :"passing legislation YOU say is unpopular with everyone"... I said "for Democrats is to stay in power and to keep it they will screw any and all... " Let me rephrase it for you Democrats on Health Care are driven to pass "Reform" regardless of the need to pass "Reform" that will change things for the better... To them any "Reform" MUST be for the better.... I reject this assumption... Yes Health must be reformed, but frankly "reform" for "Reform's sake" is bad policy. Rational, reasoned, and well considered reform (including tort) should be done... Insisting that a bill be passed without members of Congress reading it and drafted by partisanship that specifically excluded the opposition by the August recess is neither rational, reasonable, nor considered... It is about power politics tha, in the end, doesn't care about the American people... Note I never said the "Reform" was unpopular with everyone... That you your invention... As such the question itself is unanswerable because it assumes something you said I said (and in fact I did not)... On Sep 3, 9:44 am, Hollywood <[email protected]> wrote: > jgg, > > Bullshit.
