Grass Roots Level Survival for the USA is well-hinted by the emerging involvement of millions of patriotic Americans to protest the over- growth of our non-responsive federal government. The unhappiness of the Citizens has recently come-to-light in town hall meetings all across this country. During the so-called August Recess, Democratic members of Congress appeared before their constituents to try to ‘sell’ Obama’s do-or-die health care reform ideas. However, the People were showing up in droves to protest the sudden and mindless expansion of government, and the national debt… seemingly without there being any consideration being given to the will of the governed.
Yesterday, 1/12/09, a rally of several hundred thousand protesting Americans showed up in front of the US Capital waving their expertly worded signs. They were manifesting a unity and new commitment to TAKE BACK CONTROL OF GOVERNMENT from the deaf politicians! Six months ago, Glenn Beck of Fox News proposed that Washington just wasn’t ‘getting it’. From Beck’s suggestion that there be mass rallies has come dozens of Grass Roots efforts to marshal “… all good people to come to the aid of their country.” Apparently, the vast majority of Americans—not just those at the rallies—now have their figurative guns at-the-ready to tell Washington just WHO owns the symbolic “Capital dome” and all of the allied edifices that are evenly spaced throughout Washington. >From amidst the Washington throng, SC Senator Jim DeMint proclaimed that he has “never been prouder to be an American!” It was DeMint who had been bold enough to say that the Obama presidency will fail, when Obama’s, now, largely unwanted health care reform fails. Wednesday night during the President’s address to Congress and the nation on health care reform, another South Carolinian, Rep. Joe Wilson, called the President a liar for saying that ‘illegal aliens’ won’t be covered under any bill which Obama would sign. That spontaneous remark was understandable in light of the fact that numbers of Republican-sponsored bills had been voted down by the Democratic majority. Clearly, Obama and the Democrats don’t wish to offend the Hispanic community who, historically, vote in proportion to the generosity that candidates show to those from South of the Border. One third of the health care cost of the State of California is due to the birth of babies from Mexican illegal aliens, in emergency rooms. Such a problem can’t be taken lightly. Prior to the 2008 election, polls showed that a whopping 85% of Americans were dissatisfied with the direction that this nation is headed. I see such discontent as a positive indicator that my New Constitution of the United States of America is the Right Document at the Right Time for this country! Comedian Bill Maher pokes fun at politics in SC. But I’m proud to say that South Carolina is my home state, and that I and I alone have authored my New Constitution that will benefit of the vast majority of Americans—those at the rallies and the concerned citizens watching from their homes. Senator DeMint said that the emotions in evidence at that Washington rally have been building for “ten years”. But I have noted that the decline of the responsiveness of government to the People; the decline of our civil rights; and the injection of government into every area of our business and private lives has been increasing inexorably for over half a century. When bad things crept in slowly, the People… got used to them. But now, with Obama’s unwanted bailouts; stimulus packages; czars; and the rammed-down-our-throats health care plans too expensive to tolerate, the THREASHOLD of DISCONTENT of the American People has finally been reached! Like from the movie: “I’m mad as HELL and not going to take this any more!” Glenn Beck, from his TV show, asked a few at the Washington Rally if they were part of an “angry mod”? True, they were an emotional and committed group, but certainly not a… mod. Democrats like House Speaker Pelosi have used every negative association in the book to try to denigrate the Grass Roots movement to change Washington. But unless STRUCTURAL changes get made, and get made quickly, to the governmental processes, all of the rallies in the World won’t stop Pelosi’s “majority” from continuing to do the wrong things. Barack Obama is committed to his DELUSIONAL cost-free health care plan— which I heard consists of 2 ½ pages of his own ideas. A “president” whose only “executive experience” was as a community organizer associated with the now shown-to-be-corrupt “Acorn” organization, certainly doesn’t have the insights needed to change 16 plus percent of the American economy. But to hear Obama talk, all that needs be done is to remove the waste and inefficiencies from Medicare and Medicaid in order to provide health care for the uninsured. Be it known: It will take two dollars of… bureaucracy for every dollar of waste and inefficiencies that might be wrested from those programs. Obama would have to be Magic Fairy waving a wand to correct Medicare and Medicaid without bureaucratic expenditures. What Barack Obama is… is the Anti-Christ. He proclaimed in his Wednesday speech the greatness of our… democracy. However, the USA is a dysfunctional Representative Republic, NOT a democracy! Obama doesn’t agree with the most basic premise of our Constitution, namely: “Democracy and Fair Play shall have supremacy.” That one sentence can set the tone for straightening out 90% of what’s wrong with America! Obama continues to embrace the outmoded Electoral College System, rather than favoring the now easy-to-gather direct popular vote of the People. Hillary R. Clinton beat Obama in the popular vote, but, of course, he doesn’t play fair. He will lie, cheat and steal to satisfy his lust for power! Turn everything over to Obama and his… czars… and things will be fine. Hopefully, the American People aren’t buying Obama’s omnipotence in ANY regard other than for looking… suave, and reading the same-old-same-old from tele-prompters. The diversion of the country from doom has been well-considered by me during the nearly 14 years that I have penned and polished my New Constitution. Such is ten ledger sized pages of New Times Roman font, size 12, single spaced. I set that number of pages years ago, and have revised the wording and item groupings to stay on just ten pages. The polishing effect of the latter has been significant. I invite you readers to check the links given at the top to get more excerpts from the New Constitution. And I urge you to mention to friends, relatives and associates that a SC man has written a pro- democracy New Constitution which will put the People at the top of the pecking-order in this country!
