"vote the dictators into office" system of government can provide. As a nation, we have trusted government for too long. FDR succeeded in having government get this country out of the Great Depression. But since then, government hasn't considered that NOT doing things is often the best way to go! "Programs", once begun, continue... needed or not. We still have a Department of Agriculture with about one government employee per farmer. The only way to stop cancerous, Bureaucratic growth, is to have the American People vote each time the next year's fiscal spending (as for fighting TWO wars) exceeds a reasonable percentage of the GNP.
In just four years time, every career politician in Washington will be OUT OF A JOB! The US Capital will be OFF LIMITS to everyone (guided tours, the exception) including lobbyists and the media. Never again will there be out-of-touch men in custom made suits and ties being chased by the media to be interviewed standing in front of the now more sacred... American Flag. For too long, the should-be-proud American Flag has been over-associated with anything governmental. And there is nothing proud about that association. In a single instance, if a President—in expounding his or her ideological objectives—deliberately has an American Flag planted in the background... to lend... credibility, such President will be out of a job! However, when the President is addressing the Nation or greeting foreign dignitaries, it will be quite appropriate for our Flag to be on display. Similarly, when our Secretary of State is addressing those from other nations, the American Flag will be appropriate on display. In one fell swoop, ratifying my New Constitution will right our course as a Nation! Our representatives (who have never held other public office or job—being in the military, the exception), will be good, common-sense Joes. Those people won't have to worry about making a lot of showy speeches, because appearing before any part of the media outside of their home district media will be forbidden. Representatives will each have one vote on issues. Never again will there be... "party" battles to see who holds sway. Political parties shall be outlawed!
