Which we wouldn't be if the Congress would permit drilling - Zero is OK to let Brazil drill right off our coast but our own companies can't. And the Dems won't allow drilling. Meanwhile none of the alternate energy sources they approve of can provide the energy needs of the country but that doesn't matter.
