A) It doesn't have to be "as cheap." B) Building roads and infrastructure to oil wells is commonplace. They don't usually drill at the off ramps of interstates. C) as "chilly" as it gets in ANWR is as God awful hot as it gets in the ME. D) As soon as they discovered oil in Anwr, Clinton put it off limits by executive order.
