again, you did not answer the question but sidestepped it using the "interpretation" given by the courts under the politics of today.
as to those "interpretations" the same court has found it absolutely illegal for a farmer to NOT sell his crops due to the effect (actually the lack thereof) on interstate commerce. there are many more ludicrous decisions.... just because someone does or does not like one (a decision)does NOT prove a basis in the constitution.
