Nope, Tommy, I envy you! I genuinely wish that I spoke German, at least much better than I do. At one point in time in my life, when I was a young man, age 20-22, and living over here for about three and a half years when I was in the United States military, I thought that I spoke relatively good conversational German. Also, I lived in Montreal for about a year, and took French, but I have never considered myself to be even closely conversational in French....Being that I was born and raised in Tampa Florida, I am embarassed that my Spanish is not better than it is. I do know enough to say:
