Good Morning John!

Well, usually I find you to be on point, or closely thereto.  You missed the
mark however, when you said:

"Rights and civil liberties are closely akin".

Nope!  Not by a long shot!  As you pointed out,  unalienable rights are
given to us by God,  and not any government.   The Constitution is nothing
more, and nothing less than a contract which restricts government agents and
public servants,  (Thus the reason that they must swear to uphold the
Constitution)  and a restriction upon government as a whole, with regard to
what it's powers can be, or cannot be..  Again, as you rightfully point out,
the socialist/communist infiltrated Democratic Party has and continues to
try and expand the powers of government, attempting to sell those who are
dependent upon government, a bill of goods.

The point being, is that if your "New Constitution" does anything more, or
anything less than restrict our government from power, then it is my
conclusion that you are missing the whole point of a [c]onstitution.
