Having it allows you to use it... makes you feel all warm and fuzzy to export "Democracy" by the gun. Some people just don't accept government that allows them "choices". The US is even becoming one... government in every aspect of your lives and STILL NO PROTESTS. I happily pay the extra 150 to 500 dollars a ticket to bypass the US on flights. OK, I'm lumping a few too many things together here but by your definition the only place in the world that has the right to be Sovereign is the USA unless of course the others are in lockstep with your ideals which are being lost and given up daily.
