In today's' secular world it is a woman's' absolute right To wear next to nothing and do as she pleases with a man and a simple "no" or its' equivalent makes it all his fault regardless of what was going on.
To use "the pill" or not. To abort or not. Yet if the woman decides to have the child the man is forced to pay for something (the kid support...possibly 25-26 years) that was actually and ONLY under the legal control of the woman. Since the bill for child support now hovers (average) 600 - 1500 dollars per month I think that this alone would give the man the right to be involved in all decisions that involve the use of his semen.
