Alex didn't really want to
get into a long explanation of what had
happened. Especially not on the heals of everything that went on with Mitchell. "Reports of her demise were greatly exaggerated," she said simply. "You can always check with London if you don't want to take my word for it." Alex didn't really like this woman. Perhaps, they just started off on the wrong foot, but something about her just rubbed Alex the wrong way. Alex poured a cup of coffee for Anya and handed it to her, indicating where she could find the cream and sugar. "Hmm," Anya said thoughtfully
as she fixed the mug of coffee how she liked it. She wondered how the
records could be that off and wrong but would check on that later. She
finished adding what she liked and turned to Alex "Well, doesn't matter. Strong
man like that, I bet one of us could get him to help out. Shall we go back
to the sitting room?"
