Alex followed Julia into the circle and watched with amazement as they were
all transported to another....dimension? "Where are we," she whispered to
Julia looking around with great curiosity. She was now glad that she wasn't
going to miss this one. Though, she ould have felt better if Derek were
there. Still someone had to stay with the kids.
"If Judge Judy pops up on that stand.." Nick mock warned as they moved to
the defense table, poking Jimmy to move it as he stood there almost
open-mouthed.
Julia's lips quirked as she nodded for Alex to sit in the chair directly
behind her. But before she could answer the three Sisters appeared at the
bench, each speaking as one as they called the trial to order.
"Who calls for this judgement?" they asked.
Julia stood "I do."
They looked at her, their motions and words as one "We recognize your
authority. State your case."
And she did, indicating Jimmy who was sitting on the other side of Nick
"Jimmy Boyle, who has been imprisoned without warrant in hell with damned
souls. We are here to set things right."
The Furies nodded once and Julia sat. Then they looked at the Soulchaser
"State your case."
