By the way, would someone know whether « restrict default limited kod
» (and notrap nomodify nopeer) is a bare minimum or is it « good » (as
in unlikely to ever be abused) ?
I am using the following line:
restrict default limited kod notrap nomodify nopeer
If you are running a ntpd before version 4.2.5p178 and with IPv4
and IPv6, then you need this two lines instead:
restrict -4 default limited kod notrap nomodify nopeer
restrict -6 default limited kod notrap nomodify nopeer
